Peter Withe – After submitting my details and uploading my CV I was approached with an offer of a position with a Thai Premier League Club as Head Coach which suited my experience and skill set. The negotiations went very smoothly and a very professional service.
I would recommend to anyone working within the professional game who is looking for a new position.

Touchline Recruitment – How do you think can benefit coaches and managers within the professional game?
Peter Withe Having worked within the professional game as a Manager at both International level and as a League Manager it is inevitable that coaches and managers find themselves between jobs. It makes total sense to sign up with who find positions within the game for you and have contacts within the game globally. It can be difficult to find the right positions that suits your skills and experience and as clubs & associations approach with positions it makes the whole process a lot easier.

Touchline Recruitment – How Simple was it signing up to ?
Peter Withe – it was very simple, I created a username and password completed my personal details and uploaded my CV and football philosophy, once a job came available that I was interested in I then completed a more detailed application form so in total it took me around 30 minutes. It was a simple process signing up to and it took the hassle of trawling the internet looking for suitable positions.

Touchline Recruitment – What are you currently doing?
Peter Withe – After six months with PTT Rayong Fc things didn’t work out and results didn’t go the way we would have liked this was partly due to the fact we had 10 injuries of which 5 where 1st team players so we decided to part ways. With help I’m now on the look out for a new position thats suits my extensive experience. I have played at the highest level in top flight football in England and represented England at International level culminating in 11 caps and a squad member at the Fifa World Cup in 1982, at domestic level I have won two league championships one with Nottingham Forest Fc and one with Aston Villa Fc. I have also won the European Cup (Champions League) in 1982 scoring the winning goal with Aston Villa Fc. I have also worked under some outstanding managers such as Brian Clough, Ron Saunders, Bobby Robson, Ron Greenwood to name a few which has shaped me as a manager and coach.
I still have a lot to offer the game and after being Thailand’s most successful National Coach for five years and I have experience as a manager at both International level and domestic level. My coaching and management career has took me from manager of the crazy gang then known as Wimbledon Fc and then moving to Aston Villa Fc where I served a variety of positions such as Assistant Manager, Head of Youth and Head of European Scouting. I was also National Head Coach for the Indonesia Football Association. So I would like to think with all this knowledge and experience I have a lot to offer the game.
